User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of rigyd.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes, including to:

• Read information about products and services described on the Site
• Submit the Request Access form to express interest
• Browse the linked resources, comparisons, and documentation

2. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or non-public area of the Site
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, or interfere with its proper operation
• Use automated systems (bots, crawlers, scrapers) other than well-behaved search-engine indexers that respect robots.txt
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false information in the Request Access form
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, malicious, or otherwise objectionable
• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, asset previews, and the SimReady, OpenUSD, and MJCF output samples shown — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing within your browser.

References to third-party products and trademarks — including but not limited to NVIDIA Isaac Sim, NVIDIA Omniverse, MuJoCo, Gazebo, Unreal Engine, and OpenUSD — are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Site for descriptive and comparative purposes only.

4. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party websites or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

5. Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Site, the products, or any related service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback for any purpose, without any obligation to you.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

Asset preview outputs, simulation results, comparison statements, and any quantitative claims displayed on the Site are illustrative and may not reflect production performance for your specific use case.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the Site shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, at our sole discretion, including for any violation of this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

10. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

11. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable at the location of the Site operator. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of that location.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with one that most closely reflects the original intent.
