  • Plausible Analytics — privacy-respecting site analytics with no cross-site tracking.
  • Slack — internal notification of Request Access submissions.
  • Attio — customer relationship management; we store Request Access submissions as a Person record (with optional Company linkage and a Note containing the additional details you provided).

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Anonymous analytics measurement (Google Analytics, Plausible)
  • Cross-domain measurement linking between rigyd.com and app.rigyd.com
  • Remembering UI state, such as dismissed banners or accepted notices

We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioural targeting.

5. Data retention

  • Request Access submissions are retained for as long as you remain a prospect or contact, and removed at your request.
  • Analytics data is retained according to the default retention period of each analytics provider (Google Analytics: up to 26 months; Plausible: no personal identifiers retained).
  • Operational and security logs are retained for a rolling period sufficient to investigate incidents and abuse.
